(1) Hotels, lodges, restaurants and resorts or bars that are not registered in accordance with section 10 shall not be allowed to do any of the following:-(a) Use any words or signs on their signboards, advertisements, which are interpreted as tourism level hotels, lodges, restaurants and resorts or bars. or to be used in business, or (b) to directly contact or advertise abroad with any tourist or travel agency for the purpose of arranging accommodation or food for the tourist.
(2) According to Section 10, a hotel registered under a specified classification shall not use any word or symbol in its signboard, advertisement or business that is deemed to be of a higher level than the registered level.
